Chemical Peels

Why Chemical Peels?

There are plenty of reasons to consider a chemical peel if you’re looking to refresh and improve your skin. Chemical peels can smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, fade age spots, and give your complexion a more youthful, radiant glow. They’re also great for improving skin texture and tone, minimizing acne and acne scars, and treating sun damage. By gently encouraging your skin to shed its dull, damaged layer, chemical peels reveal fresh new skin underneath and boost collagen production—leaving you with smoother, firmer, and more even-looking skin.

    Procedure Time

Depending on the depth of peel you select, your treatment can take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes, with deeper peels taking a bit longer. Each session uses a safe but powerful chemical solution to gently remove the top layer of skin, helping to erase signs of aging and reveal healthier skin beneath. After your peel, you’ll enjoy a calming moisturizing treatment to support your skin’s comfort and recovery.

  • Cemical Peels Recovery Time

    Recovery Time & Side Effects

Lighter chemical peels usually heal within a week, with most redness and swelling fading after just two or three days, and peeling often starting a day or two after your treatment. Medium and deep peels reach deeper layers of skin, so you may experience more noticeable swelling and irritation, and can expect about 10 days of downtime as your skin renews itself. After two weeks, it’s safe to use makeup to cover any lingering redness. To help with any discomfort, you can use an ice pack or a fan on the treated area, and over-the-counter pain relievers like Aleve or Ibuprofen can be helpful too.
